The cut off date for the final round of funding is 9am Monday 9 March 2026. Any application after this time will not be accepted. Applications will be accepted for properties within the City of Melbourne and the City of Casey only.
Please be advised that there is a firm 12 month completion timeline on this round of applications from the state of grant notification and no extensions will be approved. Applicants must be willing to take all reasonable steps to complete the works within 12 months, and understand that if the works are not complete in that timeframe the grant funds will not be released.
Applicants will be advised of the outcome of their application in the weeks following the VHRF Committee Meeting.
