Important Dates

The Victorian Heritage Restoration Fund is no longer accepting applications.

We recommend you get in touch with your local council to investigate other heritage grant and funding options.

If you are a community organisation or own a public building, you may be eligible for a National Trust of Australia (Victoria) Restoration Appeal. Find out more here.

Eligibility

Each local council’s Heritage Restoration Fund have their own eligibility criteria but all applications must include a property within a Heritage Overlay, works visible from the public realm that enhance the significance and appearance of the building, must relate to conservation and restoration works, and have an associated permit or exemption from council

Applications will be received for the participating Heritage Restoration Funds in Melbourne and Casey .

Ensure you have read over the VHRF Assessment Criteria and Online Application Check List before you start your application.
